Chablis premier cru montmains 2021 (La Chablisienne)

The Chardonnay grapes for this Premier Cru Montmains are sourced from 25 years-old vineyards that are located right by the Serein River, on the traditional Kimmeridgian soils of Chablis, dating back to the ancient Jurassic period.

After vinification, the wine rests in barrels and vats for 12 months on the lees. When you pop the cork, you're going to get hit with a bright straw-yellow color sunset and a few golden sparkles. It smells juicy, with fragrant aromas of yellow and stone fruits, a bit of quince, and some citrus peels.
